Start Overwatch and Battle.net as Administrator #82

This was necessary to get around the "Game is running" problem where hitting the play button did not actually launch the game.

Hmm I can launch the game already without this, what's your setup?

I don't see any downsides of including this so will probably pull anyway but still interested.

I'm not sure if it was actually needed after all. I might have mixed up installing some dependencies as system rather than user. Ultimately I deleted ~/.var/com.blizzard.Overwatch at some point and reinstalled everything and that coincided with me making those changes. In general app performance seemed to improve with those keys so I didn't think much about it.
