[install] Add Intel VMD storage support #753

Computers with Intel Optane drives and/or modern Xeon processors will fail to boot without Intel VMD support.

Fix:

Add vmd to the list of MODULES=() in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and then rebuild the initramfs images with mkinitcpio -P.
Add nvme_load=yes to the Linux kernel boot arguments.

Adding nvme to the MODULES=() in `/etc/mkinitcpio.conf may also be needed.
