list of conversations should show latest chat by default #247

When opening the conversations page, like this page for example: https://testchat1.e-hulp.nl/admin/conversations/conversation/ , the page opens with the oldest chats visible. It should show the latest chats by default: those chats are the ones the staff looks at the most.
