cygfuse: initialization failed: winfsp-x64.dll not found #308

I have installed winfsp and I have the dll in the install folder. I even tried adding the path of the dll to my PATH and copying the dll to system32 folder but it didn't work.

I can run all the executables in the winfsp folder except launcher-x64.exe which gives me The service WinFsp.Launcher has failed to start (Status=c00000ae). I can runsshfs-winwithout giving the proper arguments and it gives me the help text. Usingnet use .....gives me "System Error 67: Network name cannot be found". I can't runsshfs` at all. I don't have cygwin installed.

I have the same issue, trying to map the network drive through the file explorer or cmd results in error 67, however, if I use SSHFS-Win Manager I recieve the following notification:

Which is weird because I have the dll that sshfs can't find in the winfsp installation folder in Program Files (x86)

Turns out I had an older version of WinFSP, updating to the latest one solved the issue for me
