this work for me
set .ssh\config like this
Host xx.xx.xx.xx
HostName xx.xx.xx.xx
User username
IdentityFile C:\Users\user\.ssh\id_rsa
IdentitiesOnly yes
cmd
"C:\Program Files\SSHFS-Win\bin\sshfs-win.exe" svc \sshfs.kr\user@xx.xx.xx.xx!22\/ X: -o create_file_umask=022,create_dir_umask=022
I am trying to mount an ubuntu server directory on my local pc. I have seemed to have tried everything. I have a keypair with amazon the key is called, newKey.pem. What is the correct command to mount a directory using SSHFS with a public key on windows?
Doing this SSH command works:
ssh -i "C:\users\user\downloads\newKey.pem" ubuntu@ec2-ipAddress.compute-1.amazonaws.com
However when I try to mount the directory with this command:
"C:\Program Files\SSHFS-Win\bin\sshfs-win.exe" svc \sshfs.k\ubuntu@ec2-ipAddress.compute-1.amazonaws.com S: "IdentityFile=C:\users\user\downloads\newKey.pem"
I receive this error:
ubuntu@ec2-ipAddress.compute-1.amazonaws.com: Permission denied (publickey). read: Connection reset by peer
Please help, I have been trying to do this for what seems ages!
