After new output is connected sent config is cancelled by sway #28

This happens with sway, i.e. with the wlroots backend.

Connect a second output. The saved config which is then sent by Disman is cancelled instead of applied by sway. But the changes seem to be correctly applied sway anyway.

This leads to the configuration being not correctly in sync between Disman and sway.
