Primary output not being set correctly in X11 #29

Hello there!

I have an issue under X11 where the primary output under X11 is not set by the KCM properly (and neither does it work outside the KCM) Since the issue is quite weird, I'll attach a video of it.

HDMI-A-0 is at the start on xrandr because to work around the issue I set a startup script that sleeps for 10 seconds then does xrandr --output HDMI-A-0 --primary
