The current resource version handling is not fully developed.

Issues

We have a virtual Global::version() function where in reality this could be a compile-time value
Wayland parent objects define child objects versions. Make this pattern easily accessible through the Resource template.

With the constexpr, binds and using aliases we have now a pretty good way of defining versions of new objects. Let's close this issue therefore.
