Switch kube mongo operator #115

Use the community one instead, the current one required a connection to ops manager or cloud manager (which isn't free) if a replica goes down, requiring manual intervention and downtime if not caught quickly. Hopefully the community operator will solve the above issues.

The mongo community operator doesnt allow for all our required features, will need to create a custom mongo setup.
