Hi. My package doesn't show up in the search results

If I search from the command line:

~ ❯ winget search onefetch
Name    ID                  Version Source
------------------------------------
onefetch o2sh.onefetch 2.12.0 winger

but https://winget.run/search?query=fenophoto returns 0 hit

Can you please update the DB.

The DB is really outdated, software versions added 5 months ago are not visible - AdvancedRestClient case.

3 out of the 5 submodules are no longer available on GitHub 🙄
