Interactive shell in Wing Console for supported Docker containers #2167

Feature Spec

It would be nice to have an interactive shell directly accessible from the Wing Console for any deployed Docker container that supports it, similarly to how the Redis CLI was implemented. This use case includes all Docker images of Linux distros that ship with bash, and also stuff like Powershell Docker images.

Use Cases

Having access to the inside of Docker containers directly from the Wing Console the same way as if you run docker exec -it <container> bash
