[x] We would like to have an e2e test for the playground/learn as part of the CI (done with https://github.com/winglang/playground/blob/main/apps/playground/tests/sanity.spec.ts)
[x] We probably need a better e2e test
- [x] navigate to page 2
[x] We would like to have monitoring from better uptime on playground/learn
- [x] make sure the website is up
- [x] Canary on the production system
[x] fix APPROVALS_GITHUB_TOKEN so it can automatically auto merge PR

Add E2E test for both sites: learn and play

CI Monitoring add initial sanity test that verifies web container was loaded property and both editor and console are visible on screen. test should run on all supported browsers

what is left in this issue is to create a better and useful E2E tests for both playground and learn sites.

[x] for learn: navigate to step 2 and make sure the console and the editor are being loaded correctly
[x] for playground: make sure the console and editor are being loaded correctly
[x] analytics should be disabled for these tests
[x] canary tests should run every 1 hour. and report to slack in case of failure
[x] site better uptime should be configure for both learn and play sites
