Lifting tokens can potentially be too long #3256

          Feels like there's a potential for this token to be excessively huge if code is very long. Maybe truncate the code to ~30 chars and add an incrementing token id at the end (which we probably need anyway).

Also we probably need a test with two identical lifted expressions in the same scope not generating the same token.
