As a beginner Wingnut, it is hard to figure out the purpose of resources such as Counter on Wing Console #4101

Feature Spec

When new users are trying out winglang, many times they try the hello wing example, which opens nicely on Wing Console. However, it is not trivial to figure out each resource's purpose. We recently saw that on a twitch review: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1913950296 (time: 00:13:55).

I'd expect a way to see a link to the Counter doc on Wing Console, but there might be better ways to address this pain via a different UX. I'll leave it to the experts.

Use Cases

See above.
