Allow filtering resources in the console explorer

Large wing apps can have a significant amount of resources, and finding a specific resource to view its state can be difficult in both the map and the explorer.

The console UI now allows filtering resources in the explorer panel and it's possible to search for resources based on their name/type to reduce the number of visible resources.
