Added "How do we measure success"

In my discussion with @ainvoner we decided we should run an experiment that combines Installation + hello wing in this one page and see if it scores better according to "How do we Measure Success"
Added another criteria to "How do we measure success"
Started an experiment (that should last ~2 weeks), it includes 2 PR:
If it is successful in creating better conversion, we should look at improving the first page (and not making it /start-here/installation).
If it is failed to produce better result, we should revet the two PR /
The experiment will be for 3 weeks (because of the offsite)
Data & Background
Currently we have a huge drop (77%) from people getting to our First doc page --> Installation

There were 816 visitors who visited our First doc page in Nov
When looking at full story, we have heat map view of how people interact with https://www.winglang.io/docs (link to full story)
Take a look at this video which shows how conversion drop (see number on top right corner) to 36% till the user reach the "Installation instruction"

Assumption
If we make the doc first page look more like a landing page (where the CTA is in the Hero) we will have more people installing wing
