Add video on/off to quick on/off menu #144

Right now there's a handy on/off menu you can turn on from the options. If that is exposed, it seems like it might be good to show other options, most notably video on/off.

I thought about this some more and went some ways towards implementing it, but eventually decided I don't think it's going to be generally useful vs. maintenance surface area. WONTFIX.
