Include missing Flat-UI modules in Pro #7

Include the Flat-UI Free modules that are missing from Pro.

The most likely scenario for this will be a separate manifest being created that can be imported in addition to Pro, rather than simply including them in the Pro manifest.

On further thought I'm going to simply add a note to the README about which modules are missing and that they can be imported via the vendored version of Flat-UI Free in this gem. This will allow people to cherry-pick which Free modules they want.
