Constants, group prefix and travis-ci support #8

This is not the direction I'd like the gem to go. I also held off on Travis-CI support because there is a lot of stuff to implement which will create failing tests for awhile. Not getting pulled.

But in any case rake must be in Gemfile. I'm use RVM + bundler for all development and run rake as bundle exec rake.
