Not display vehicle #28

I used the index.html in CityFlow repository to simulater the result from "python -O runexp.py". But I don't see any vehicle which show in CityFlow although "number of vehicle" and "Step" work normally.

have you solved it yet？I meet the same problem,and I have tried the example from cityflow‘s source code,the replay files generated from it under colight’s environment (use docker)can't display the cars BUT the replay files generated under cityflow‘s environment (use docker) can display cars.It is really weird.
