/card command - Githubissues

This command should create a "profile" card containing the hacker's name, discord pfp, pronouns, school, discord username, and area of study. This command should only work for verified hackers (since these are the only people with an entry in the db anyways). A sample from last year can be found below. The special logos aren't a priority but would be cool to have if everything else is complete.
