Update to bootstrap 3.3.7 version #141

Is there any plans to update the base core to a newer version of bootstrap?

I have forked this project and made it compatible with 3.3.7 and updated the dist folder with the new CSS: https://github.com/wolfy1339/winstrap

Bootstrap is updated to v3.3.7 in fc9fc86c73b65db55ec071e5d7ed4a092d7bf0d1.
