The usual format is "+91 ddddd-ddddd" for mobile numbers (it is a little different for land lines but is not constant since the area code can be 2,3 or 4 digits even though the total number of digits including the area code if applicable is always exactly 10 for all phone numbers.
Currently the specified value is "+91 ddddddddd" (one digit is missing) for which I had to make a small change to the format I stated above.
