Country Flags are not shown

I am using country plugin and i have an issue when i select any country from drop down i can't see country flag.I inspect that element and found glyphicon class is used.Bootstrap 4 is no more supporting glyphicon.so please upload a fix for it.looking for your reply. Thanx
