Composer not work #275

My composer.json

    "minimum-stability": "dev",
    "prefer-stable": true
}

Error Get

 [InvalidArgumentException]                                                                                                                                  
 Could not find package vlamanna/bootstrapformhelpers at any version for your minimum-stability
 (dev). Check the package spelling or your minimum-stability

I Found This issue already Open, But ignoed https://github.com/winmarkltd/BootstrapFormHelpers/pull/202 Please, Marge it!

Composer is very great
