winnfsd.exe not closed on halt or reload #51

It does not appear winnfsd.exe is being properly closed on vagrant halt or vagrant reload.

We noticed this issue today as well.

This is tricky. winnfsd.exe shouldn't technically be closed unless all VM's are closed (maybe)... IMO the connection should only be closed. Think about if you are running several VM's and need to kill one and bring it back up. You would destroy your other connections AFAIK.
