I am using Windows 10 64-bit Vagrant 1.8.1 vagrant-hostsupdater (1.0.2) vagrant-nfs_guest (0.1.8) vagrant-share (1.1.5, system) vagrant-winnfsd (1.1.0)

vagrant-winnfsd is a nfs server only.

It enables you to share via nfs from your host (windows) to your guest (in your case ubuntu/trusty64).

You're trying to do it the other way around (with the vagrant-nfs_guest plugin). This is not and will not be supported by vagrant-winnfsd, because its a whole other usecase.

You may have some look googling for "windows nfs client", but that probably will not work either, sorry.
