Scheduled Syncs #8

Make it an option that syncs only happen between certain times.

This would probably solve a problem I'm having where the launcher (that I'm auto-starting on boot) fails to sync due to the network not being available yet.

This has been possible via the options file since v2.0 - looks like we just forgot to close the issue.
