Driver Build CI Failing #2109

The driver build CI is failing because the latest SDK and WDK are not present on the GitHub runners.

There is an open request to do this: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/10012 And a pull request here: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/pull/10107

For the time being, I've temporarily disabled the driver build CI here: https://github.com/winsiderss/systeminformer/commit/4666308dc61a85e1ce733deb9107f752a3b90aed
