I set the refresh interval in View/Refresh Interval to 'Below normal (2s)'.
Frustratingly, I have to set it EVERY day all over again. It keeps forgetting the setting.

I noticed the auto updater didn't work (why not? Another bug?), so I was behind the latest version.
In System Informer v3.0.7660 (08de40d) it works correctly.
