Would you mind porting this tool back to support Win9X?

As there the "best" solution is an ancient version of Sysinternals Process Explorer or alternatively there was another tool called STM Secure Task Manager which scored applications based on their reputation.

A lot of us still use 9X for retrogaming so this tool would be more than useful. I stopped using processexplorer long time ago because process hacker is far more superior even has the abilities to upload files to VT.

Windows XP is the earliest version supported. It's the bare minimum version since the Windows API for process management doesn't exist before XP.
