Bugs to be expected! (Not really, but you're all warned)

Things to put in/code: Staff upgrades, Deathly Dagger, Parthia, bunny weapons, armor effective weapons (just to put the special tag in) and all the special ones that aren't in refinements.json yet.

And now, off to the bed!

Going to wait for the effects and a bit more testing before I merge this. The other changes you've made recently are live though, and seem to be working.

@winsomniak updated... The fixes are for the special cooldown part and other little stuff like the defender thing...

BTW, Valentine Lyn is still missing the portrait!

(This also adds NY Corrin, who was left out)

Portrait is there, was just the filename. Anything with 's removes the apostrophe, not both the apostrophe and the s
