Everything before 3.1 adopts a red color theme, everything after 3.1 adopts a blue color theme

Hi, thank you for your response. We will be accepting this bug. However, we would like to contest that it is a bug of severity level "VeryLow". This is because the colour scheme is a cosmetic issue. We have attached the definitions of the severity level for easy reference. Thank you.
