您使用的操作系统：Win7 64 Ultimate SP1
您所在的区域(省/市)： Beijing
您使用的ISP(网络运营商)： Beijing Telecom
网络环境(IPv4/IPv6)： Using Tor 3.6.2 for IPv4, IPv6 Ready

有关问题的其他描述：
无论是IPv6 HTTPS访问还是Tor都返回HTTP 403。无法下载

部分 IPv6 条目目前存在问题，建议先尝试下用 IPv4 的 hosts 
后访问是否正常，IPv6 的问题后续会解决
