custom.hosts只有#号标记内容会被写入 #161

使用custom.hosts，将自己的内容写入此文件。
但在合并时，只有带#号被注释掉的内容会写入HOSTS，正常以��
�字开头的内容都不会被写入。
何解？

这个问题会做进一步核实，先前的测试都是可用的

BTW, 下个版本的自定义 hosts 文件兼容性将会进一步加强
