[Bug]: Item ESP (scraps ESP) broken #206

What happened?

Did /grab to get all items and it showed items on esp way outside of the play space Then i saw that it was just the same esp from the loot that was shown a second time esp on loot then when i rotate away form the loot it shows esp in the void esp on void

Also went down a second time and did /grab and the new items have no esp on them no esp on new items

oh cool, it seems grab somehow doesn't update the renderers.
