seeing daemon should calculate the median FWHM of the last image, and load it to status dict that can be queried by WSP.

this would still be interesting. it should be moved into the winterImaged.py image daemon on freya. it would also be good to have this to allow for pointing models to be redone which requires new methods to analyze and run astrometry on images in realtime.
