New Winter website #438

New website

We are deep in development on a new Winter website, showcasing the platform that you all know and love.

And yes, it will include the long-awaited marketplace for themes and plugins!

Other improvements will include touch-ups to our documentation to include more context for code files, a new design built on top of Tailwind using our new Mix asset compilation, and of course, a robust marketplace for publishing your plugins and themes for the world to see.

NOTE: We anticipate that to begin with, only free plugins and themes will be able to be published on the marketplace, until we have solidified some backend processes in order to safely provide payment and income dispersion for paid plugins and themes. This will be available very soon after the marketplace goes live.

@Sameto we're still chipping away at it - unfortunately the Laravel 9 upgrade has taken longer than we anticipated, so our focus has been primarily on that. But we're making good progress!

@bennothommo Looks like the new website and Doc page is up for some time... Do we wait for marketplace for this to be fully closed?
