Composer install old version #2

When running composer require winter/wn-builder-plugin composer download the v1.0.27 tag that has the old brand.

This is a known issue, use the dev-main version for now, we will be tagging new major versions for all the winter plugins as soon as v1.1.3 is ready to go.
