This will help users who have not used the Builder plugin to get started with the plugin, by either creating their plugin or showing the plugin list, which should make it more obvious that the plugin list comes out as a flyout on the left side.
In addition, this PR brings in some icon changes to take advantage of Font Awesome 6. This means that the plugin now is targeting Winter 1.2.
