Allow to use default Runelite overlay background color #4

Adding a config option that would allow you to use the overlay background color in the runelite config would be nice. So that people don't have to also set the same color in this plugin. Also allows for better compatibility with resource packs plugin.

Removed the config option to specify BG so it should just use whatever default value is
