In latest installation of ubuntu default name of driver not working . We have to rename it to BCM.hcd

Sorry, your changes related to specific device on specific platform with probably outdated kernel. Latest kernels should recognise firmware as full filename. Yes, on some outdated kernels you have to rename file, but in general you don't have to.
