= Describe the steps (including the command you run) that will reproduce
the problem?

So, I was uploading a 500 MB video, and I gave it a long title (> 50 chars I 
think), so after the upload was finished (I think it was more than an hour of 
uploading!), the video got refused by YouTube because of the long title ! So I 
suggest that youtube-upload would check if the entered fields are valid before 
attempting upload.

The problem is that I don't know the limitations for each field (and this can 
change over time...), can you link to somewhere with the specifications?
