I dont have Markdown HTML Preview #86

I also installed Markdown for my eclipse, but I dont have Markdown HTML Preview

I just have Markdown Review. Did I do something wrong or miss some thing?

I guess, you need to enable/show the "Mardown" view in your current perspective
