External assessments field in editor - what to do with this? #113

This was created by a volunteer who thought it would be useful and added it without telling me. I haven't been using it. However it could be useful.

Next steps: monitor, and then decide whether to keep it.

Use this for links to e.g. GiveWell or other 3rd party impact assessments?
