Ready to use flag behaving strangely #128

When I look at the data as it stood when we stopped using the spreadsheet, several charities were either marked as finished or not finished. The actual behaviour of the app is consistent with this (i.e. where the charity is labelled as finished, the charity appears "above the line" in the search results and vice versa)

Examples of charities which are being treated as if they are ready for use, but which don't seem to be marked as ready for use: all that I have checked. Yep, known bug. Should be fixed in latest code (ie the code due for release this week).
