Some charities appear to be marked as "ready to use" incorrectly #146

Example: Donkey Sanctuary is marked as finished. However it wasn't marked as finished as at the most recent version of the spreadsheet (I have kept a copy of this here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1N4vAgKUqJY6lrl-8vr-iNpGFIxK3NGbv46MoCGzVOY8/edit#gid=0&fvid=1348877824)

Also, I don't believe that anyone has gone into the editor to update this (although I can't be totally sure about this)

Another example is CHICKS: http://app.sogive.org/#charity?charityId=chicks-country-holidays-for-inner-city-kids

URL for donkey sanctuary http://app.sogive.org/#charity?charityId=donkey-sanctuary

Another example: http://app.sogive.org/#charity?charityId=help-the-hospices

It is possible that these are caused by user error, just want to try and check what the cause is to help find the easiest way to remedy the issues.

Hello Sanjay

Hm... It's unlikely that the software would switch a charity on unless a user clicked to do so. It's possible that a glitch in our spreadsheet reading (caused by some change in either the spreadsheet columns or our ES data-storage) could lead to an error. I think the most likely cause is user error.

Can I suggest you mark these as not ready, and just keep an eye open for further occurences? If there is any repeat of this, please alert me.

I will also add more logging for on/off switches, to allow better audit trails in future.
