In case the previous comment wasn't clear enough, I'll expand on it here:
The intended enhancement is to make each of "care/fostering/adoption", "disabilities", and "united kingdom" clickable, and when you click on it, you go to (probably) the search results page showing the result of searching for that tag. (A few variants of this are possible, so we would have to specify the details more precisely first)

One of the users tried doing this, expecting this to be possible.
I think it's a nice feature, and I would like it to happen, but it's not a priority for now. Let's bear it in mind for the future.
