Use Charity Commission data to list all England & Wales charities #15

The search form distinguishes between ready / unready. Having all charities there would increase user trust in the search function. It also means you can donate to anyone via SoGive.

We may also get financial metrics for everyone from this in a convenient form.

For completeness should also include the c 5000 charities in Northern Ireland too: http://www.charitycommissionni.org.uk/charity-search/ I don't feel this is mega-urgent since I know of nobody who has explicitly asked for a Northern Irish charity, so happy for the NI requirement to be delayed if it turns out to be difficult.
