7 years ago I've added extra logging in latest code. What would really help is an example in test.sogive.org -- Dan A, could you try creating one? i.e. copy across 2014 & 2015 data from https://app.sogive.org/#charity?charityId=basic-needs into test, and see if we get the same problem?
